Tottenham Hotspur’s fantastic start to the season has suffered a slight blip.
After a derby day defeat to Arsenal at the weekend, Spurs failed to beat Eintracht Frankfurt in the Champions League.
Antonio Conte’s side couldn’t put their chances away and returned to London with a 0-0 draw.
Spurs fans did get to see a glimpse of one of their players for the first time this season on Tuesday.

Young winger Bryan Gil finally earned his first minutes of this campaign, coming off the bench for Richarlison.
Gil was given 11 minutes off the bench, but couldn’t make the difference in front of goal.
Conte made it clear at one point during his brief cameo that he wasn’t happy with his tackling.
However, he did produce one excellent piece of skill, avoiding two defenders in a dangerous area.
Gil’s performance earned the praise of Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso after the match.
Reguilon and Lo Celso praise Gil
The 21-year-old winger posted on his Instagram after the match to celebrate his first appearance of the season.
Gil said: “Happy for the Champions League debut and the first minutes of this season.”
Lo Celso and Reguilon praised Gil in the comments, the defender with two love hearts, while Lo Celso said: “Let’s go young man”

It’s interesting to see two Tottenham players who are not currently at the club commenting on Gil’s post.
Reguilon joined Atletico Madrid on loan this season after Conte made it clear he was not part of his plans.
Lo Celso suffered a similar fate in the summer, and joined Villarreal on loan, although there’s no option to buy.

Gil made it clear in the summer he also wanted to leave the club on loan given his lack of opportunities.
La Razon have reported that Valencia have re-opened negotiation with Spurs about signing Gil.
It will be interesting to see if Conte offers Gil anymore minutes before the January transfer window opens.
If he doesn’t, the youngster will be desperate to try and play first team football elsewhere.
