Luis Palma has certainly been setting the heather on fire ever since his £3.5m summer move to Celtic from Aris.
The Honduran winger has been red-hot over previous weeks and against Ross County on Saturday, his goal blew everyone away.
So much so that pundit, Hugh Keevins, believes he is a certainty to start against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League tomorrow night.
Brendan Rodgers needs to take something from the La Liga giants and Keevins reckons Palma is a player that gives Celtic the best chance of doing that.
Keevins said [Clyde SSB], “I mean that’s why he’ll play against Atletico Madrid and no one else will get look in. It’s a day for assessing those on the periphery that Brendan Rodgers trusted today.
“Palma is just a success story. He’s scoring goals, he’s a threat and they’re very fortunate to have them.
“Other players have fallen short when asked, but not this guy.”
Luis Palma must start for Celtic vs Atletico Madrid
I don’t think there will be a Celtic fan that would disagree with this, to be honest. The Honduran has been crucial for Celtic domestically and his goal against the Spaniards last week shows just how important he can be in Europe.

Celtic will probably be on the back foot for most of the game and when chances arise, Palma is a player that can take advantage of them.
He has a terrific right foot. He is able to fashion chances from nothing and when it comes to taking free kicks, his ability to strike a deadball could be the difference between Celtic taking something from Madrid.
There is no doubt Palma is making himself one of those players who is undroppable. The Celtic fans will be hoping he can conjure a bit of magic in Madrid tomorrow night to keep their European hopes alive.
