Nottingham Forest boss Ange Postecoglou is under increasing pressure at the club after just seven matches.
It comes after a dramatic month at the City Ground, which saw Nuno Espirito Santo leave Forest as Evangelos Marinakis called for change.
In his place came Ange Postecoglou, who was brought in to implement his own brand of football while aiming for silverware.
That hasn’t quite happened so far at Nottingham Forest, however, as he still remains winless in seven matches.
That includes defeat in the Carabao Cup, a draw and a defeat in the Europa League and just one point picked up in the Premier League.
It hasn’t taken long for the frustration in the stands to spill over, as Forest fans have aimed chants at Postecoglou already.
With Postecoglou facing a possible sacking from Nottingham Forest, there has been plenty of discussion surrounding his future.
For Wayne Rooney, though, that discussion seems far-fetched.

Wayne Rooney speaks out on “crazy” Ange Postecoglou sacking discussions at Nottingham Forest
With such a rough start to life at the City Ground, there have been murmurings surrounding the future of Postecoglou.
It would be a short reign for the manager, who has barely had time to settle in at Nottingham Forest to establish his style.
That, for former Derby County boss Wayne Rooney, would be a “crazy” amount of time to give the manager.
Speaking on his BBC show, he claimed: “It’s crazy. All the rumours that you heard about him, that he could get sacked after six or seven games, it’s absolutely crazy. And I like him, I think he’s a good man.
“He obviously struggled in the league with Tottenham last season, but then he went and won the Europa League.
“It was strange seeing Nuno [Espirito Santo] get sacked at Forest, and then they brought Ange in. If he does get sacked, I think it’s absolutely wrong.
“And I’ve not heard anyone talking about the ownership and the decisions they’re making. They’re the ones making the decisions, so if they do sack him, someone has to be responsible for hiring him in the first place.
“The difficulty he’s got is that the style Nuno played compared to what Ange wants to play is completely different. I watched them against Burnley, I thought Forest were very good. And against Real Betis in the Europa League, I thought they were very good in that game as well.
“He’s been unlucky on a couple of occasions. The problem is, the Forest fans really liked Nuno, and it doesn’t look like they’re willing to give Ange the time.
“It’s tough, but Ange Postecoglou is a good man. He’s won trophies everywhere he’s been, and I hope he gets the time. But from everything you hear, the Forest fans don’t look like they’re willing to give him that time.”
It would be a difficult spell for Postecoglou, not least given how his time at Tottenham ended.
However, if he does leave, there is one unwanted record he will hope to avoid in the process.

Ange Postecoglou has days to survive the shortest Premier League managerial reign record
If Ange Postecoglou is to leave Nottingham Forest, there will be some hope that he can at least avoid becoming the shortest managerial reign in Premier League history.
That is currently held by Sam Allardyce, who was in charge of Leeds United for 30 days as he looked to keep them safe from relegation, but ultimately failed.
Having been appointed on September 9th, Postecoglou has a few days to survive to beat that record.
Beyond Allardyce is Steve Coppell, who lasted just 33 days in the Manchester City job in 1996.
While Postecoglou has already hit some frustrating landmarks, adding another to that mix will only add to the sour taste coming from the job done so far.
