John Terry is already a big fan of one of Chelsea’s latest signings, who made his mark as Enzo Maresca’s side beat Liverpool in the Premier League.
Chelsea emerged victorious over Arne Slot’s men on Saturday, with goals from the outstanding Moises Caicedo and a decisive strike from Estevao proving the difference.
The Brazilian teenager came off the bench to make an instant impact, firing home from close range after a precise Marc Cucurella cross.
At just 18 years old, Estevao already appears to be a phenomenal talent – something that Premier League and Chelsea legend John Terry has quickly noticed.

John Terry praises Chelsea wonderkid Estevao
Taking to Instagram after the victory, the former Chelsea captain showed his admiration for the youngster.
He shared a photo of the match-winner to his Instagram story, writing: “Love him [Estevao] already. Also, what a ball from Marc Cucurella.”

Terry wasn’t the only ex-Blue impressed with the winger. Speaking on Sky Sports, Daniel Sturridge said:
“Those are the goals that make a player’s career. As a winger, your job is to be at the back post and get those tap-ins.
Estevao’s timing and connection is brilliant – at his age, to have the awareness to do that is fantastic.”
Estevao sends message to Chelsea supporters
Following his first Premier League goal, Estevao took to social media to thank fans and reflect on the milestone.
He wrote: “First of all, I want to thank God for everything He’s been doing in my life. I feel truly fulfilled after scoring my first Premier League goal on an incredible night alongside our fans! It’s hard to describe this moment… I’ll keep working to improve every day!”
The teenager’s post was flooded with congratulatory messages from Chelsea supporters, as well as teammates, including Cole Palmer and Cucurella.
Estevao is shaping up to be a vital player for Chelsea – not just this season, but for years to come. Under Maresca, the Blues may well have a world-beater in the making.
