Nottingham Forest fans will be watching through their fingers at how rapidly they are falling down the Premier League table after such a strong season last time out.
The City Ground outfit came out of nowhere in the previous campaign to be the Premier League’s dark horse success story, occupying the top four for most of the season before falling short at the final hurdle.
Nuno Espirito Santo managed to secure Europa League football in the East Midlands against the odds, but a turbulent ownership with owner Evangelos Marinakis saw Nuno given the sack a month ago.
Former Celtic and Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has come into Nottingham Forest in a bid to take them to the next level, but he’s not won any of his seven games in charge and sack rumours are already looming over the Australian.
And that has seen Premier League winner Chris Sutton berate the Forest support for calling for Postecoglou to be sacked after their loss to FC Midtjylland in midweek.

Chris Sutton says Nottingham Forest fans are being ‘entitled’ over Ange Postecoglou sack chants
Postecoglou has drawn just two of his games in charge, away from home at Burnley and Real Betis.
With no home win in two outings and struggles on the road, that could become much worse with tough ties against Chelsea, Bournemouth and Porto to come.
The Tricky Trees lie just one point above the relegation zone with five points from seven games, and a below-par record in Europe sees them in the elimination zone of the Europa League.

But Sutton believes that any immediate danger of him being sacked is ‘nonsense’, labelling the Forest fanbase as ‘entitled’ due to their over-performance last season.
Sutton said on BBC: “I mean, this is absolute nonsense.
“I mean, the Nottingham Forest fans the other night, calling for him to be sacked.
“Bit of an entitled fan base there, as far as I’m concerned, they overachieved last season.
“I know their love for Nuno and what have you. But come on, a little bit of respect there. He deserves longer.”
TBR Football have already revealed that Marinakis is considering Postecoglou’s position as boss, and if he can’t garner wins in his upcoming games, that might be a reality.

Ange Postecoglou’s Nottingham Forest appointment didn’t make a lot of sense
Last season under Nuno, Forest executed their game plans perfectly to fit their squad.
The two-time European cup winners bore pacy wingers such as Anthony Elanga, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Jota Silva playing on the counter-attack, with a robust midfield boasting the likes of Elliot Anderson, Ryan Yates and Morgan Gibbs-White doing the dirty work to hurt teams in transition.
Although Forest have signed players such as Omari Hutchinson, James McAtee and Dilane Bakwa to become better in possession, their style of play doesn’t suit Postecoglou’s mantra.
The Australian-Greek boss hasn’t changed the way he plays, from spells in Japan, to his time at Celtic and his two-year stint at Tottenham, where Postecoglou failed to change his ways.
Winning the Europa League has given him some credit and to do so again with Forest would be a huge moment in his career, but it doesn’t seem to be heading that way thus far and Postecoglou should switch up his tactical approach if he wants to keep his job.
