Estevao has brought his scintillating form from Chelsea to the international stage with Brazil, and it has not gone unnoticed among the supporters.
The Brazilian joined Chelsea in the summer of 2024 but only arrived at Stamford Bridge this year once he had turned 18 and completed Palmeiras’ Club World Cup campaign.
He has featured regularly under Enzo Maresca this season, and the young forward could soon establish himself as an important player for the Blues.
Estevao dealt the final blow in the 95th minute to secure a dramatic 2-1 win against Liverpool last time out, opening his account in English football.

Now, days after he announced himself to the Premier League, Estevao is stealing headlines once again and is truly looking like a superstar in the making.
Estevao leaves Chelsea fans in awe with Brazil brace
Chelsea fans took to social media to express their delight at Estevao after he scored a phenomenal brace in a 5-0 win against South Korea on Friday.
One supporter wrote: “Let it be known that there’s no talent in world football today better than Estevao! What a monstrous player he is!”
John Terry adores Estevao, and it is clear to see why – the forward brings excitement every time the ball is at his feet at Stamford Bridge and is playing without fear.
“Estevao is on fire tonight! Scoring twice already shows his clinical finishing and how dangerous he is for South Korea’s defence. If he keeps this form, Brazil’s attack is going to be unstoppable. Fans are definitely loving this performance!”
While another supporter believes the Blues forward will be the successor to Neymar for Brazil: “Estevao is the actual heir to the throne of Neymar. This boy is a star, two goals already, and hungry for more.”
The 18-year-old is in the midst of a breakout campaign in West London. Estevao has drawn comparisons to Eden Hazard less than 10 matches into his Chelsea career, but at this stage, it is impossible to discredit the praise for the youngster.
One wrote: “Estevao has scored 3 goals in 3 matches for Brazil this season. Chelsea have a gem in their hands.”
“Estavao is a gift to Chelsea and to the Premier League. Please protect him well, he is a gem,” another added.
It is clear that the Blues supporters want to see Estevao become a regular starter when club football resumes, and based on recent displays, he is undoubtedly the most in-form forward at the club: “Such an amazing talent that deserves consistent game time, hope Maresca understands that already.”
How did Estevao fare against South Korea?
Overall, Estevao did not produce a display that would set the world alight, but he delivered in the most important statistic in football: goals.
Only Real Madrid star Rodrygo outperformed his compatriot at the Seoul World Cup Stadium; he too scored a brace for Brazil.
| Estevao vs South Korea | Total |
| Touches | 36 |
| Goals | 2 |
| Shots | 2 |
| Pass accuracy | 81% |
| Cross accuracy | 50% |
| Ground Duels won | 40% |
Estevao has now scored three goals in his last two outings for club and country and is certainly proving that he has what it takes to be a leading forward at such a young age.
Although Pedro Neto has been the main man on the right flank for Chelsea, it is perhaps now time to give the reins to Estevao. He has all the makings of a player who could take the Premier League by storm.
