There are a matter of days left to run in the January transfer window, and Marcus Rashford is yet to get a move.
Rashford is ready to leave Manchester United, he made that clear earlier this month, but, despite putting out a strong statement, he’s not been able to secure an Old Trafford exit yet.
AC Milan were linked to Rashford earlier this month, while Rashford wants to join Barcelona.
However, as of yet, offers haven’t been forthcoming.
West Ham have also been linked to Rashford, and according to Dean Jones, speaking on the Ranks FC Podcast, Rashford may have to consider a move to West Ham towards the end of the window.

Marcus Rashford may have to consider West Ham move
Jones shared what he knows about Rashford’s situation.
The journalist says that with the way things are going right now, Rashford may have to consider a move to West Ham as that may be the best offer the attacker gets before the end of this transfer window.
“So I’m not entirely sure why they (Barcelona) would consider it, especially in their financial situation. But they have, so there is a small possibility that they manage to figure it out. And if not, does he go West Ham?
“Because that’s the sort of offer that honestly might be on the line for Rashford to accept on, say, Deadline Day or the day before. Like we might get to that point. So despite all the talk of Barcelona, AC Milan, Borussia Dortmund, Monaco, whatever else, West Ham might end up being like as good as it gets for Marcus Rashford if he is to leave Man United.
“And even in that case, Man United would have to consider West Ham, obviously not going to go near as £350k-a-week wages. So tops 100 grand West Ham would give you. I’m not even sure they would be able to do that.”
West Ham past January loan signings
West Ham do seem to be a destination that players often choose in January if they need an escape route to try to rebuild their fledgling careers.
Indeed, many players have gone down this route in recent years, and the Hammers’ record of rebuilding these players has been fairly hit and miss.

Jesse Lingard, of course, enjoyed a serious career resurgence at West Ham a few years ago, while Kalvin Phillips was criticised for his performances for West Ham.
Joao Mario, Emmanuel Emenike and Marouane Chamakh are a few more players who struggled on loan at West Ham after joining in January.
Rashford may not have many escape routes before deadline day, so he may well end up at West Ham.
Let’s just hope Rashford is more of a Lingard than a Kalvin Phillips at the London Stadium.
Rashford is ‘unbelievable’ on his day, and he could rediscover his best form in east London under Graham Potter.
