Spanish club Villarreal are eyeing a move to sign both Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele from Tottenham this summer.
It was reported last night by Fabrizio Romano that a deal to see Lo Celso move back to Villarreal was edging closer, with more talks expected this week between all parties. Ndombele, meanwhile, has a number of suitors and is believed to be wanted by Italian champions, AC Milan, as well as Galatasaray.
But according to Sky Sports this morning, Villarreal could now look to close out a deal to sign both Lo Celso and Ndombele at the same time. The Spanish side are keen to strengthen their ranks and while they know Lo Celso well already, a move to Ndombele is more surprising.

Both Ndombele and Lo Celso are part of a group of Tottenham players who Antonio Conte has told can go. Indeed, Conte has only used Ndombele one from the start in the PL since he arrived, with the French midfielder finally running out of lives at the club.
Conte has been backed to the hilt this summer with over £100m-worth of new signings. However, he’s also been ruthless with certain squad players, with Ndombele and Lo Celso joining the likes of Harry Winks and Sergio Reguilon in being cast aside this summer.
TBR’s View: Ndombele Could Do Well In Spain
The added time on the ball and the fact Spain is a technical league means Ndombele might actually be suited to playing in La Liga.
His time with Spurs has been nothing short of a nightmare, so it’s no surprise to see the club moving him on.
For Lo Celso, it might be nice for the Argentine to have another familiar face around. Of course, he knows the Villarreal players well enough anyway, but he might fancy taking Ndombele under his wing if he goes with him too.
