Tottenham Hotspur have signed one central defender this summer in Clement Lenglet.
However, Spurs boss Antonio Conte reportedly wants another new centre-back at N17 this summer.
Tottenham have been linked with numerous central defenders this summer, including Villarreal star Pau Torres.

A month ago, Spurs were apparently considering a player-plus-cash deal (Giovani Lo Celso) in order to sign Torres.
Reported interest from Tottenham stretches all the way back to last summer.
And despite Lenglet joining Spurs on loan from Barcelona, Torres apparently remains on the Spurs radar.
90min claim Tottenham want to ‘push ahead with a move’ for the 25-year-old, ‘regardless’ of the Lenglet deal being finalised.
Apparently, Manchester United and Chelsea have also been showing an interest in the “extraordinary” defender.
Although Torres reportedly has a £55million release clause, The Mirror claim Villarreal may start business at £45million.
“Champions League football will be a big carrot”
Now, Pete O’Rourke has claimed that, were the race between Tottenham and Manchester United, Spurs would be ahead.
“I think it would be fair to say that Spurs will be the frontrunners if it came down to the two clubs to sign Pau Torres,” the journalist wrote on GiveMeSport.
“Champions League football will be a big carrot for the Spain international to bring him to England.
“Also, if Manchester United were to sign Lisandro Martinez, that means maybe Pau Torres is not at the top of their agenda right now either.
“If Tottenham were to move for Pau Torres, I think they would be pretty confident that they might be able to get a deal done.”
In June, Fabrizio Romano told GiveMeSport that there is a ‘serious possibility’ Torres will swap his homeland for the Premier League this summer.
