Spurs fans react as Arsenal eye Dusan Vlahovic

A number of Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to comment on reports from Gianluca Di Marzio over the weekend claiming that Arsenal are also in the mix for Dusan Vlahovic.

If Vlahovic is going to leave Fiorentina in this window, it appears that there is a good chance that the Premier League could be his destination.

According to Di Marzio, his £51 million asking price takes him off the wishlist of many. However, he remains a target for Spurs.

He has been linked with Tottenham throughout the window. And Fabrizio Romano reported last week that they were in contact with his agents.

But Di Marzio added that Arsenal also want the 21-year-old. The Gunners were linked some time ago. But it had seemed that those links had gone very quiet more recently.

So it seems a big deal that they are now back in the running. And for some Spurs fans, the news should catalyse Tottenham’s move for the Serbian.

Spurs have since reportedly made a move for Lautaro Martinez. But it does appear that they may need two strikers if Harry Kane leaves.

And with that, many have implored the club to ensure that Arsenal do not get their hands on Vlahovic.
