Tottenham Hotspur could sign Anthony Gordon for as little as £25m, with Goal reporting that Frank Lampard will likely need to sell players before being able to make signings this summer.
Spurs have another Everton player on their radar in this window. Of course, much of the news surrounding Antonio Conte’s side right now is concerning their pursuit of Richarlison.

But it turns out that they are also looking at one of his Toffees teammates. Reports on Monday claimed that Tottenham also want Gordon.
The 21-year-old enjoyed a stunning campaign personally last year. The attacking midfielder played a key role in keeping Everton in the Premier League. Certainly, few of the players in Lampard’s squad – except maybe Richarlison – gave the Goodison Park faithful more reason for optimism.

He is not yet the finished article. But Everton fans may be hoping that the club are holding out for a massive fee before they consider letting him go.
However, Goal suggests that Everton may be prepared to let him go should they receive a bid of £25 million.
Tottenham could sign Gordon for £25m
On paper, Gordon’s record with Everton does not jump off the page. He has scored four goals in 60 appearances for the first-team. Meanwhile, he has provided eight assists.
However, he looks to have a fantastic career ahead. Everton would surely be preparing for a year of Championship football had they not had Gordon in their ranks last season.
He was ‘sensational‘ at times. And with that, Spurs may feel that paying £25 million could be a real bargain.
If he realises his full potential, it seems a no-brainer. Tottenham need to weigh up whether he does indeed have the ability to step up several levels in the years to come.
