Tottenham are looking into the possibility of signing Everton winger Anthony Gordon, as they look to alternatives for Leeds winger, Raphinha.
Despite holding an interest in the Brazilian, Raphinha seems to be on his way to Arsenal or Barcelona. The Gunners are thought to be confident of getting a deal done for the winger, while Barcelona are also said to have agreed personal terms with him already.
And on the back of that, Sky Sports have reported today that Tottenham are now looking into signing Everton winger Anthony Gordon. Along with his Toffees teammate Richarlison, Gordon is said to be a player Tottenham are seriously considering making a move for.

Gordon was one of the standout players for an otherwise poor season for Everton. He impressed Frank Lampard as well, with the Toffees boss admitting there was a lot for him to love about Gordon’s performances. Lampard is not the only one to sing his praises either, with James McFadden labelling Gordon’s performance at Manchester United in 2021 as ‘sensational’.
Spurs are looking to improve the squad this summer and have already signed Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma, and Fraser Forster.
TBR’s View: Tottenham Wanting Gordon Is A Tad Surprising
Well, it is from an Everton standpoint. So much focus has been on Richarlison and Dominic Calvert-Lewin being sold this summer that Gordon’s name has almost gone unnoticed.
However, Conte has clearly seen something he likes on the Everton youngster and a double move for both he and Richarlison would certainly be an eye-catcher.
For Everton fans, it would be gutting for them to see Gordon leave so early in his Goodison career. More so, if the Toffees lose Richarlison as well, it leaves a huge gap in the squad. For Spurs, though, the thought of adding two quality players like this is an scintillating one.
