Tottenham have bid for Wilfried Singo, with Tuttosport reporting that Antonio Conte’s men have seen a £21.4 million offer rejected by Torino.
Spurs may well make a move for a new right wing-back in the summer. Matt Doherty impressed before sustaining his season-ending injury. But Emerson Royal has endured a tough first season in North London.

Reports claimed that Tottenham have been monitoring Singo and Torino teammate Gleison Bremer. In fact, it was suggested that Spurs were prepared to make £41.6 million for both players.
It remains to be seen if they make a move for Bremer. But certainly, it seems that Conte has confirmed his interest in signing the Ivorian.

It says a lot about how much Tottenham want Singo that they have already bid. There is still a lot to play for this season. And yet, Fabio Paratici is already setting the wheels in motion ahead of the summer.
Royal and Doherty may view the offer as an ominous sign. Certainly, the Brazilian has a lot to prove before he silences all of his doubters in North London – even if he has shown some improvement in recent weeks.
Reports claimed that Doherty could yet leave despite his upturn in form. You would imagine that Tottenham would perhaps be open to offers for either if they sign Singo. There is probably no need to have all three at the club.
Singo is a player Conte is reportedly ‘enchanted’ with. So it would be an exciting move if Spurs could now bring him to North London in the coming months.
But they will have to up their offer.
