Everton are unwilling to consider a double deal that would see both Richarlison and Anthony Gordon join Tottenham Hotspur this summer, according to a report from The Athletic.
The Toffees now appear to face a fight to keep Gordon as well as Richarlison. Numerous outlets reported on Monday that Spurs want the 21-year-old.

Everton are not in the strongest position. The Athletic reports that one of Richarlison or Dominic Calvert-Lewin is set to be sold to bolster Frank Lampard’s limited budget.
And obviously, Spurs may be hoping that Gordon can be added to that list. However, Everton see the situation differently.

In fact, The Athletic reports that Everton are understood to have no intention of selling both Richarlison and Gordon in a double deal amid interest from Tottenham.
Everton unwilling to consider Tottenham double deal
Reports earlier in the day claimed Everton may consider offers of more than £25 million for Gordon. But a read of The Athletic’s piece certainly makes it seem as though offering such an amount will get a team nowhere.
Tottenham are not the only Premier League heavyweight keen on Gordon, the report notes.
Everton are presumably looking to secure the strongest budget without moving on all of their prised assets.
So they are prepared to sell either Richarlison or Calvert-Lewin. But letting them both go is surely not an option. Nor is letting Gordon – who was ‘sensational‘ at times last season – leave along with one of the pair.
That is bad news for Tottenham and their hopes of signing both Gordon and Richarlison. But clearly, Everton are now under huge pressure to move forward if they hope to keep all of their star men.
