Real Madrid are reportedly keen on signing Mikkel Damsgaard this summer, amid interest from the likes of Liverpool, Everton, and Spurs.
Tuttosport are claiming that the Spanish giants are now keen on bringing Damsgaard to the Bernabeu this summer. The impressive young Dane was excellent in the Euros, and scored a stunning semi-final goal against England.

Spurs have been linked with the midfielder, who is set to be available for around £34m this summer. Further, just a few days ago, both Liverpool and Everton are said to have expressed their own interest in Damsgaard.
But Carlo Ancelotti’s presence in the picture could be a concern now. For Everton fans, it will be a frustrating report to read about their old manager.
Damsgaard has been a regular for Sampdoria over the last 12 months and stepped up for Denmark when Christian Eriksen was ruled out.
Talent
Damsgaard was one of the bright sparks of a Euros which produced so many good moments and players.
The Danish starlet is on course to be a superstar. A move to Madrid would obviously be too good to turn down. However, he is thought to have an interest in moving to England.
£34m is a decent enough price as well for someone of his talent. He’s only going to improve, and would be a smart investment for anyone.
But with Madrid now in the picture, Liverpool, Spurs, and Everton will have to act quickly.
