A number of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Joe Gelhardt after his performance for the Whites in their defeat to Arsenal at Elland Road on Saturday.

Illan Meslier was lauded by plenty of fans for his display against the Gunners. The scoreline could have been a lot heavier, particularly during the first-half, if it was not for the Frenchman.

In fact, it was the teenager who handed Leeds a lifeline during the second-half. His run prompted Ben White to bring him down inside the penalty area. Raphinha stepped up to score Leeds’ goal.
