Graham Roberts has hit back at Newcastle United striker Callum Wilson for his comments on Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario.

The former Tottenham player and pundit is furious with Wilson and has mocked him.

So, what has Graham Roberts said about Newcastle United striker Callum Wilson? Let’s take a look.

Guglielmo Vicario – Callum Wilson row after Tottenham Hotspur vs Newcastle United

Well, Tottenham Hotspur beat Newcastle United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League this past weekend.

It was an easy win for Spurs, who were the better team over the 90 minutes. Newcastle looked tired and devoid of any ideas.

Guglielmo Vicario was in goal for Spurs. The Italian is the number one goalkeeper for Tottenham now, and he played well against Newcastle, as he has done this season.

Callum Wilson did not start the match for Newcastle. The £20 million (Sky Sports) striker came on as a substitute in the 64th minute. He clashed with Vicario.

After the match, Wilson criticised Vicario and accused him of “a lack of respect”, as quoted in BBC Sport.

The Newcastle striker claimed that the Tottenham goalkeeper was “pulling faces and messing around”.

Graham Roberts hits back at Wilson

Former Tottenham player Graham Roberts has hit back at Wilson on X.

Roberts has written: “So it’s ok for you Callum Wilson with Antonio to slag Richardson off on your s**t podcast but can’t take it when vicario does something to you karma.”

The pundit was referring to previous comments from Wilson and West Ham United striker Michail Antonio on Richarlison.

Richarlison has been struggling at Tottenham for a while, but he scored twice against Newcastle.

Both Tottenham and Newcastle are aiming to finish in the top four of the Premier League table this season. It will be interesting how they perform in the coming weeks and months.
