West Ham United fans won’t want to look at the Premier League table in a hurry.
After another disappointing defeat at the weekend, this time to Wolves, they find themselves in the bottom three.
Speaking on The Monday Night Club, Chris Sutton has been discussing the Hammers form.
Unsurprisingly, their slump this season has brought David Moyes’s future into question.
The Scot has guided West Ham into Europe for the past two seasons.
Their run to the Europa League semi-final last season will be fondly remembered for some time.

They’ve also become the first team to finish the Europa Conference League group stage with a 100% winning record.
However, their league form has been poor for some time, starting at the beginning of 2022.
West Ham invested heavily over the summer, only being outspent by Chelsea and Manchester United.
Moyes has failed to integrate these new players into the team though, and they’re quickly falling apart.
Sutton makes call on Moyes’s future at West Ham
The BBC pundit was asked whether he thought West Ham should consider sacking Moyes.
“Do I think that West Ham should change manager? I don’t think West Ham should change manager,” Sutton said.
“I think that if they were looking for a new manager they would be looking for a David Moyes type. He’s proven himself over the period at West Ham.
“I think that he’s overachieved, now he’s gone through a period of underachievement. I think eventually they will turn the tide.”

A report from The Telegraph has suggested that West Ham have discussed replacing Moyes with Nuno Espirito Santo or Rafa Benitez.
Whether either manager is better equipped for a relegation battle than Moyes is certainly up for discussion.
The January transfer window may offer Moyes the chance to fine tune his squad for the rest of the campaign.
One player who won’t be joining is Julian Alvarez, who Moyes has admitted he turned down the chance to sign.
Sutton has backed Moyes to turn it around at West Ham this season.
However, he’s also suggested it wouldn’t be impossible he ends up returning to one of his former clubs.
