Liverpool Legends are set to take on Barcelona Legends in a charity game later today and Jose Enrique is a part of the Reds’ squad.

The game is presented by Liverpool’s sponsors AXA and the club’s official website states that “the fixture will help to raise funds for a variety of LFC Foundation projects including its employability and training, and health and wellbeing programmes, which form an important part of the charity’s COVID-19 recovery support work.”

Liverpool will be managed by club icons Sir Kenny Dalglish and Ian Rush, while the likes of Steven Gerrard, Jamie Carragher, Daniel Agger, Dirk Kuyt, Luis García and Milan Baroš are all set to feature.

Enrique, who spent six years at Liverpool before leaving in 2016, is back as well and he’s set to start at left-back.
