Sky Sports News reports that Tottenham Hotspur winger Lucas Moura was not in training today ahead of their Champions League clash tomorrow.
Antonio Conte said last week that Moura was set to return to training before his side’s 2-0 win over Marseille.
The ‘formidable’ Moura has been sidelined due to inflammation in his tendon and hasn’t appeared for Spurs since his substitute appearance against Chelsea.
And it seems that Conte will have to wait a little bit longer for the Brazilian to return to action.

Moura not in training today ahead of Champions League clash
Conte was putting his side through their paces today ahead of their second Champions League group game.
Bryan Gil can be seen training with the squad after his move to Valencia reportedly broke down.
But Sky Sports confirmed that Moura was not part of the preparations in today’s session.
Conte has a wealth of options in the attacking positions but he will be keen to have Moura back as soon as possible.
The 30-year-old provides a decent option for the Italian and Conte is clearly a big fan of the player.

Last week, Conte told Spurs Play: “We only have one player who we need to recover, Lucas.
“I know tomorrow he is starting training again on the pitch, and that’s good news, because Lucas is an important player for us, especially as we need to have all the players available.
“We are playing every three days and for me, it’s important to have the possibility to make rotations and, at the same time, don’t drop the quality of the starting XI. It’s good news for us that Lucas is going to recover early.”
But Moura’s return may have been delayed slightly as he didn’t train with the Spurs squad today.
It may be that the Brazilian is not quite up to full speed yet. But Conte will certainly be pushing to have Lucas back in action as quickly as possible.
