Arsenal are yet to make any attacking additions during this summer transfer window.

Indeed, while the Gunners are largely focused on signing new attacking talents this summer, they’re yet to get anything over the line.

That said, Arsenal do have plenty of targets in their sights. Eberechi Eze has been linked to Arsenal, while Viktor Gyokeres is a concrete target for the Gunners.

On top of that, Rodrygo Goes has been linked to Arsenal, and according to Fabrizio Romano, speaking on his YouTube channel, everyone at Arsenal would love to sign Rodrygo at this point.

According to Romano, Mikel Arteta and the management at Arsenal all love Rodrygo.

Everyone at Arsenal loves Rodrygo

Romano shared what he knows about Rodrygo after receiving multiple questions about the Brazilian and the north London club.

The journalist says that everyone at Arsenal loves the Real Madrid star, but, as of yet, negotiations haven’t started due to the ongoing Club World Cup.

Rodrygo has been valued at £78m, so it would not be a cheap move for the Gunners to make here.

“I keep receiving many questions about the future of Rodrygo Goes and Arsenal,” Romano said.

“What is going on? I can confirm the appreciation of Arsenal for Rodrygo. Arsenal love Rodrygo, all the people at the club, Mikel Arteta, the management, but at the moment no concrete negotiation, no bid, no proposal to the player.

“Why? Because Rodrygo could be very expensive and the Rodrygo deal isn’t starting today, everything for Rodrygo will be decided after the Club World Cup.

Arsenal signings from Real Madrid

Real Madrid are undoubtedly the biggest club in world football, and it’s always easy to get excited when your team goes shopping at the Bernabeu.

Arsenal have done business with Real Madrid on a number of occasions over the years, but these signings have been fairly hit and miss.

Arsenal signings from Real MadridFee
Mesut Ozil£42m
Martin Odegaard£30m
Julio BaptistaLoan
Dani CeballosLoan
Davor Suker£4m

Mesut Ozil was brilliant for Arsenal, while Martin Odegaard is world class at his best.

However, Davor Suker was underwhelming for Arsenal, Julio Baptista wasn’t amazing under Arsene Wenger, while Dani Ceballos blew hot and cold for the Gunners too.

Arsenal don’t have the best of records when signing players from Real Madrid, but it would appear those within the Emirates believe Rodrygo would be a hit if he were to join.
