Journalist Ryan Taylor has told Give Me Sport that Everton may be a side to keep an eye on in the race to sign Ismaila Sarr in the final days of the transfer window.
The Toffees are one team who will be hoping to enjoy a busy end to the window. It has been a disappointing start to the campaign for Frank Lampard’s men, as they await their first win.

Everton surely need another striker before the deadline passes. But certainly, many supporters will take more attacking options. And perhaps one player who may make a move to Goodison Park is Sarr.
Perhaps surprisingly, the Watford star remains at Vicarage Road. It had appeared that he may be Villa Park-bound. However, that move fell through.

He has been linked with other sides. Leeds were reportedly in advanced talks. And Manchester United have also been admirers.
But Taylor has suggested that Everton may be contenders for a deal as the deadline looms.
“I think Sarr is a player that could move elsewhere in the Premier League in the final weeks of the window. Everton are one that I would keep an eye on,” he told Give Me Sport.
Keep an eye on Everton in Sarr race
Sarr has a really impressive record in the Premier League. And of course, Everton have previously had success signing attacking players from Watford, with Richarlison enjoying a brilliant spell on Merseyside.
He has the ability to play across the front three. And he would not cost a huge sum, with reports suggesting that the Hornets could sell for £24 million.
And he has been labelled a ‘frightening‘ player. So there would certainly be the potential for Sarr to prove an incredibly smart signing for Everton as they look to recover from their underwhelming start to the campaign.
