Alex Crook has told talkSPORT that Harry Winks is not the only Tottenham Hotspur player Everton are interested in, with Joe Rodon also on Frank Lampard’s radar this summer.
At this stage, Tottenham and Everton fans are probably running out of players who have not been linked with the other. Of course, the main links centre about Richarlison and Anthony Gordon.

In fact, reports on Tuesday claimed that Tottenham offered £100 million for the pair. It is hard to imagine Everton accepting the bid for the two players.
But what will help Spurs is that Lampard is keen on some of those in Antonio Conte’s squad. Harry Winks is the number one target with talks over the midfielder already underway.

But there are other names in the frame. Reports on Monday claimed that the likes of Tanguy Ndombele, Matt Doherty and Jack Clarke had been mentioned. But there is another name on the radar.
Crook has suggested that Everton would also be keen on one Spurs centre-back.
“We know that Frank Lampard is keen on at least one Tottenham player in Harry Winks, maybe two. I’m told Joe Rodon is also on Frank Lampard’s shortlist so there could be some kind of swap deal,” he told talkSPORT.
Everton interested in Joe Rodon
It would be no surprise to see Rodon leave Spurs in some capacity this summer. Unfortunately, he has not been able to establish himself as a starter in North London.
But he certainly has potential. He is a ‘fantastic‘ player who regularly shines on international duty. So Tottenham will not want to lose him on the cheap.
For many Spurs fans, a loan move would make more sense. But Fabio Paratici may perhaps be open to a permanent sale if it helps pave the way for someone such as Richarlison move the other way.
