Football journalist Fabrizio Romano has now shared an exciting transfer update for West Ham United fans.
West Ham have been progressing with a deal to sign Lyon midfielder Lucas Paqueta over the past few days.
Moyes has been on the lookout for reinforcements this summer, especially after his side’s underwhelming start to the new season.
Romano reported yesterday that the Hammers were on the verge of signing Paqueta and now it looks like David Moyes could be about to get his man.

Romano transfer update for West Ham fans
The 25-year-old has now completed his medical in East London and the deal could be done by tomorrow morning, according to the transfer insider.
The Hammers are now hopeful that they can complete the deal for the Brazilian tomorrow.
Moyes’ men are waiting on contracts to be checked and then Paqueta could become a West Ham player.
West Ham have been busy bolstering Moyes’ squad this summer and if the Paqueta deal goes through, it will become their eighth signing of the window.
And the signing of the Brazil international would certainly be statement signing for the Hammers.
The midfielder has reportedly received interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur this summer. But it seems he is now set to complete a move to East London.
Paqueta has been brilliant for Lyon over the past few seasons. The Brazilian scored nine goals and provided six assists for the Ligue 1 outfit last season.

Moyes has already added the likes of Flynn Downes to his midfield options this summer but Paqueta could become a huge asset for the club.
His former teammate, Bruno Guimaraes, made the switch to Newcastle United back in January and has had a huge impact on Eddie Howe’s side.
Moyes will be hoping that Paqueta can adapt in a similar way to the Premier League.
The Hammers could soon have a formidable midfield three with Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek playing alongside Paqueta at the London Stadium.
