Chelsea very interested in Spurs talisman Harry Kane - journalist
Journalist Christian Falk has claimed that Chelsea are very interested in signing Harry Kane, but are aware that Tottenham Hotspur would rather sell him to Bayern Munich.
Kane leaving Spurs looks to be out of the question this summer. The striker is clearly enjoying his football under Antonio Conte. And there is a belief that Tottenham are building something special with the Italian at the helm.
Certainly, there has been nothing like the speculation that plagued Spurs’ summer 12 months ago. But there has been a little talk about Kane’s future in the last few days.
Firstly, reports claimed Bayern Munich want the England captain, but accept that a deal is out of the question this summer.
And it seems, unsurprisingly, that they are not the only team who would love to sign the 28-year-old.
Falk has taken to Twitter to suggest that Chelsea would love to solve their striker shortage by signing Kane. But the Blues think that a move to the Bavarian giants is more likely if the Spurs star did go anywhere…
TRUE✅ Harry Kane is very interesting for Chelsea. but the Club believes that @SpursOfficial would prefer to sell Kane to a Club like Bayern instead to a English competitor if Kane won‘t sign a new contract at Tottenham @ChelseaFC

Chelsea very interested in Harry Kane
Of course, there seems to be absolutely no way that Tottenham would sell Kane to Chelsea. Certainly, it would be arguably the most surprising move ever if it happened this summer.
Some would expect Conte to walk if Kane was sold. He has described the forward as an ‘amazing‘ player. And it would be a devastating blow for supporters if he left for the side just above them in the Premier League table.
The only way Kane potentially ends up at Stamford Bridge is surely if his contract ends up running down. Surely, there is absolutely no chance that Spurs would consider doing a deal with Chelsea for Kane.
