Tottenham Hotspur are set to return to Premier League action on Saturday against Arsenal – and here is our predicted line for the North London Derby.

Spurs have got off to a promising start in the league this season and remain unbeaten during the campaign.

Antonio Conte’s men did suffer defeat against Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League but bounced back with a brilliant 6-2 win over Leicester City last time out.

Tottenham haven’t been at their best so far this season but have been grinding out results in the league.

Although the emphatic win over Leicester looked excellent on paper, it didn’t quite tell the story of the whole game.

The match was on a knife-edge before Heung-Min Son came off the bench to score a superb hat-trick

If Spurs are to pick up a positive result against league leaders Arsenal, Conte’s men will have to put in a much-improved display over the course of 90 minutes.

And we think an improved display could come through the 3-5-2 system Conte used for the last half an hour against Brendan Rodgers’ side.

Tottenham predicted lineup for North London Derby

We have predicted four changes from the side that beat Leicester 6-2 last weekend at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Firstly, Son regains his place in the Spurs side and partners Kane in a two-man attack. This means Richarlison will drop to the bench, despite the 25-year-old putting in some promising displays of late.

Conte’s men have struggled to control games this season due to being overrun in midfield. But when the Italian introduced £30 million summer signing Yves Bissouma (BBC) against Leicester, Spurs had a lot more control in midfield.

The Mali international would play alongside Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Bentancur to avoid being overrun by the Gunners’ midfield.

The wing-back changes may be a bit optimistic as it sees Dejan Kulusevski and Ivan Perisic occupying roles. But with a three-man midfield, it would offer the duo more freedom down either flank.

Hugo Lloris is currently a doubt after leaving the France set-up with an injury. This means Forster could be handed his debut after a brilliant display against the Gunners last season.

And lastly, Cristian Romero will more than likely come in to replace Davinson Sanchez after the Colombian gave away an early penalty against Leicester last time out.

Here is the Tottenham predicted lineup for the clash with Arsenal in full.
