Miguel Almiron has admitted Newcastle United teammate Bruno Guimaraes has really impressed him in training.
Speaking to the club’s official YouTube channel, Almiron was asked about the sensational Brazilian.
Guimaraes has set the Premier League alight this season, and been one of the main factors behind Newcastle’s success.
It’s no coincidence that Newcastle failed to win a game when Guimaraes was unavailable due to injury.

His return has coincided with a draw against Bournemouth followed by back-to-back wins over Fulham and Brentford.
His brace last weekend highlighted how good he can be in front of goal, although Eddie Howe has preferred to play Guimaraes in a deeper role.
Almiron has said that Guimaraes technique has really impressed him in training.
He’s also pleased to see that the 24-year-old is able to carry his performances in training into matches.
Guimaraes has impressed in training
Almiron was very happy to talk about his Brazilian teammate, saying: “We’re really happy that he’s actually on our side and not against us.
“I think he’s a great player, and what I get the benefit of is seeing him day to day in training, to see how he plays close up.
“His technique and the ability that he shows in training is absolutely fantastic.
“But the amazing thing is, he reproduces that in pressure situations in games as well.
“He’s a great guy, a top player, and as I say, we’re really grateful he’s with us and not against us.”

There have already been rumours speculating about Guimaraes’ future, with Manchester City linked to the Brazilian.
However, Guimaraes has already declared he wants to be a legend at Newcastle, and is already going some way to make that happen.
Howe will be pleased with Guimaraes’ impressive training performances, and will be hoping they lift the rest of the squad.
They seem to be doing the trick, with his side currently challenging for a place in Europe.
