Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has tipped Alexandre Lacazette to be “instrumental” for the Gunners this season.
The France international joined Arsenal to much fanfare back in 2017 for a reported £46.5million.
However, Lacazette’s time at the Emirates has had its ups and downs.

The 30-year-old is yet to start a single game in the Premier League for the Gunners this term.
Lacazette was also linked with a move away in the summer, with his contract expiring at the end of the season.
The striker missed Arsenal’s opening two games of the season after contracting covid.
He was fully fit and available to play in last Saturday’s 1-0 win over Norwich, but he remained an unused substitute.
However, Arteta thinks Lacazette still has a big role to play at the club and is confident he’ll be back to his best soon.

Ahead of Arsenal facing Burnley, football.london asked the Gunners boss whether he’s planning for a team without Lacazette.
“No, he’s fully involved,” replied Arteta.
“You gave the reasons why he hasn’t played more minutes.
“He will be back to the form that he can achieve. I’m sure that he will be instrumental in our success.”
