Arsenal might have to face up to missing out on the top four to rivals Tottenham this weekend, but there is reason to be cheerful for Gunners fans.

Arsenal’s fans are renowned – well, on social media anyway – for having high expectations of their club when it comes to the transfer windows. Last summer, the Gunners supporters got their wish as the likes of Ben White, Martin Odegaard, and Aaron Ramsdale arrived at the club. Of course, January proved fruitless, as a protracted pursuit of Dusan Vlahovic ended in disappointment.

Mikel Arteta has already spoken of the need to keep improving his squad and if reports are true from this week, then Arsenal fans could be in for a treat this summer. As reported on TBR yesterday, The Independent have claimed that the Arsenal board are willing to spend up to £250m on new arrivals this summer. That could mean a huge summer for the Gunners, and even a potential record-breaking signing or two.

Who Will Arsenal Sign With £250m This Summer

Well, not a day seems to go by without Arsenal being linked with a new player. There are players that stick around and the club have a long-standing interest in, but more often than not, a new names are mentioned.

So, who could Arsenal actually look to sign? Well, there’s plenty of options. Barcelona’s Memphis Depay is one of the more recent names to be mentioned. The Dutchman could apparently be available for around £25m.

Beyond that, there are a host of other players linked with the club. Arsenal could break their transfer record to sign Victor Osimhen, who Napoli reportedly want around £77m for. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is another striker on their list, while Gabriel Jesus of Manchester City is another high-profile attacker linked.

Naturally, even though those players mentioned would cost big money, the reports of £250m being made available to Arteta means none are out of the question. Of course, Arteta will want more than just attacking players, but if he is given the cash mentioned here, then Arsenal fans are in for an exciting summer.
