TBR Football can exclusively confirm the latest developments regarding Manchester United’s pursuit of Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo.
Manchester United have been in pursuit of Mbeumo for a number of weeks now as Ruben Amorim looks to add more firepower to his squad.
Discussions picked up pace on Thursday as Man United upped their offer for Mbeumo, and now the two clubs have struck a deal.
TBR Football can confirm when Mbeumo is expected to undergo his medical and what the Red Devils’ main focus is with regards to the player.

Bryan Mbeumo expected to undergo Manchester United medical this weekend ahead of US tour
TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey has confirmed that Man United have struck a deal worth £65million plus add-ons for Bryan Mbeumo.
We understand the add-ons come up to £6million, so the overall package could reach up to £71million.
Mbeumo has signed a five-year deal with the Red Devils, who also hold an additional year’s option.
The Cameroon international is now expected to undergo his medical this weekend ahead of his move.
Man United’s main focus was to have Mbeumo on the plane for their pre-season tour of the United States.
“The deal is done,” Bailey exclusively told TBR Football.
“But what I would say is that the add-ons are not overly attainable, Champions League implications etc.
“So, whilst in theory the deal is worth in excess of £70million, it would take some doing.
“But as we have said, United are delighted with the player and he will be on the flight to America.
“The player can’t wait to get started, he is very happy with how United pushed so hard to get him.”
