A report has shared what sources close to Tottenham Hotspur are saying about the possibility of signing Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher this month.
Tottenham have been heavily linked with a move for Conor Gallagher, with his future at Chelsea looking uncertain.
The 23-year-old has emerged as a key man under Mauricio Pochettino this term but with just 18 months left on his deal, there have been suggestions that Chelsea are ready to listen to offers for their academy product.

Spurs have already been credited with an interest as Ange Postecoglou eyes possible midfield reinforcements this month.
Indeed, there were even claims just last week that Tottenham had opened talks with Chelsea over signing Gallagher.
But SportsLens claims that while Spurs are genuinely interested in Gallagher, a possible move could be put on hold until the end of the window.
What sources close to Tottenham have said about Gallagher interest
SportsLens claims that Spurs are ‘biding their time’ over their interest in Gallagher.
It’s noted that sources close to the North London club have said signing a new midfielder isn’t their top priority right now.
Yet, the outlet claims that could change towards the end of the month. And if Gallagher is yet to agree fresh terms with Chelsea, it’s a deal Spurs will explore further.

Spurs may well be in the market for a new midfielder, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s future looking uncertain.
Pape Matar Sarr and Yves Bissouma will also be competing in AFCON 2024, leaving Postecoglou short of options in the middle of the park.
Gallagher would be an exceptional addition to this current Spurs squad and feels like the perfect fit for a Postecoglou side.
Yet, it may be difficult trying to pull this kind of deal off in the middle of a season.
The Englishman has arguably been Chelsea’s best player this season and the Blues are likely to demand a sizeable fee.
Indeed, Pochettino’s men have reportedly slapped a £60 million price tag on Gallagher’s head while the player is also keen to remain at his boyhood club.
Spurs will certainly be hoping to make a late push for Gallagher but much could depend on outgoings in midfield, as well as the player’s desire to leave Stamford Bridge.
