West Ham United are looking to try and sign a new striker in January and could make a move for Montpellier star, Akor Adams.
Adams, 23, has been starring for the French side this season and has caught the eye of a number of clubs.
West Ham, of course, are keen on landing a new forward to help David Moyes in the second half of the season. Further, Michail Antonio is also reportedly keen on a move to Saudi, which could open up another space in the Hammers squad.
And according to a report from The Sun, Montpellier star Akor Adams is on their list of targets.
West Ham keen on signing Akor Adams
Adams, who is Nigerian, has hit seven goals in 15 games this season and is being looked at by Moyes and West Ham as a potential option.
The striker moved to France from Norwegian side Lillestrom in the summer and has hit the ground running to further impress onlookers.

Despite not being called up to the full Nigerian squad just yet, there is high hopes for Adams and he has won the praise of former Portsmouth and Nigeria forward Jonathan Utaka.
“He’s a good boy. Intelligent, and he adapts quickly. He wants to progress. He knows his role here. He knows that his work is useful for the team. If he is aware of that, that is the most important thing,” Utaka said.
Quite whether West Ham will see Adams as a player who can have an immediate impact at Premier League level, remains to be seen.
But should Antonio decide to leave, then the Nigerian could represent a smart option for the Hammers.
At just 23 and without a huge asking price, Adams could be a low-risk option for the club.
