Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk has been answering questions from Gary Neville and made his claim to who is the funniest Liverpool player.
Van Dijk was speaking to Neville as part of his Overlap series on YouTube and was asked 19 quick fire questions about a range of different subjects.
Of course, Van Dijk has been outstanding for Liverpool since signing and is largely seen as one of the big reasons behind their success in recent seasons. The Dutch defender hasn’t quite been his usual self in recent months, but was on good form with Neville here.

Indeed, one of the questions he answered pretty quickly was on who was the funniest at Liverpool, and he had one man in mind delivering a sharp answer to Neville.
“Andy Robertson. He’s funny. Scottish, bubbly, always in for a joke and he is a funny one!”, Van Dijk said.
Both Van Dijk and Robertson are key for Liverpool in defence and have formed a good relationship down the left side for the Reds. That is a subject Neville touches on during the interview, with Van Dijk insisting that they are both determined to keep a clean sheet every week.
TBR’s View: Robertson And Van Dijk A Key Liverpool Pairing
Playing in a back four is all about building relationships and Van Dijk and Robertson are one of the outstanding duos in the Premier League.
Van Dijk keeps things steady in the middle but having Robertson around him does make Liverpool a better team.
These comments from Van Dijk are a nice touch and a show of the team spirit in the Liverpool dressing room. Robertson has been missed by Liverpool this season and if he can stay fit and get back to his best, then the Reds can be successful this season.
