Tottenham want to sign Tosin Adarabioyo on a free transfer this summer – when his contract with Fulham expires.
That is according to Calciomercato.
So, what is the situation involving Tosin Adarabioyo and Tottenham? Let’s take a look…
Tottenham eye free transfer deal for Tosin Adarabioyo
Well, Ange Postecoglou seems keen to bring another central defender to N17 – despite the £26m signing of Radu Dragusin from Genoa.
The story from Calciomercato states that Adarabioyo has no intention of signing of a new contract at Craven Cottage, with his current terms expiring on June 30th.
AC Milan are also believed to be keen on a deal to sign the Fulham No.4 this summer – with West Ham mentioned as an interested party too.
Tottenham have admired Adarabioyo for some time now by the looks of it, and – according to Alasdair Gold of Football London – the Englishman would be “up” for a move to Spurs.

The reliable journalist told the Gold and Guest Talk Tottenham Podcast: “We’ve spoken about Tosin Adarabioyo at Fulham, Spurs have certainly retained an interest there.
“I understand that if all parties were able to agree a deal he would be up for the move to Spurs, but financially it probably wouldn’t benefit him as much.”
Adarabioyo – who was called a “special” player by Marco Silva – has made 16 appearances in all competitions for Fulham so far this season, scoring one goal.
Tottenham have an alternative
As aforesaid, Postecoglou certainly seems keen to find another central defender despite the arrival of Dragusin, as Tottenham have also been linked with a move to sign Bologna No.33 Riccardo Calafiori.

It was Corriere di Bologna who claimed that Spurs are monitoring the Italy U21 international.
However, Calafiori is valued at £26m by Bologna – whereas Adarabioyo would be free – so the Fulham colossus seems to be the likelier signing, in our view at least.
