Tottenham Hotspur are determined to land another striker this summer it seems and are now actively pursuing a move to bring in Victor Osimhen.
The Napoli striker is one of the hottest properties on the European market at the moment and is said to be wanted by Spurs’ rivals, Arsenal. It’s claimed that Napoli could demand as much as £77m for Osimhen, with Manchester United also among the interested parties.
However, Football.London has now reported that it is indeed Spurs who hold a definite interest in signing Osimhen.

FL claims that Osimhen is definitely on the radar of Antonio Conte, who is set to be backed heavily this summer after pulling Spurs up to within touching distance of cementing a top four spot.
Osimhen has been in fine form for Napoli since finding his feet following a big money move from France. Described by Fikayo Tomori as a ‘really strong’ player to play against, former Inter Milan man Alessandro Altobelli has also said that Osimhen is even better than a certain Dusan Vlahovic. Of course, the big Serbian striker was wanted by both Spurs and Arsenal in January as well.
TBR’s View: Osimhen To Tottenham Would Give Conte Genuine Chances
If and when Conte secures that top four finish over the weekend – and you just never know in football – the next step is for him to get Spurs challenging for trophies.
To do that, he’ll need a squad of players who are all a high level and the reliance on the likes of Kane and Son will need to shift to others. If he gets Osimhen, then he will have a player who can more than contribute to the cause for Spurs.
Pace, power, excellent finishing and young enough for Conte to improve him further, Victor Osimhen would be an outstanding signing for Tottenham.
