Tottenham Hotspur’s transfer window is now in its final hours with an end in sight following what’s been a questionable summer.
Ange Postecoglou has been handed some new signings this summer but there remains a lot of questions as to whether enough has been done.
Five signings have been secured, but there is some caveats to be made with the signings given one was at the club last season and one won’t arrive until January.
For Tottenham, a much busier season awaits with the Europa League draw revealing their upcoming fixtures for the coming months.
But it has been a quiet deadline day at Hotspur Way with the Lilywhites having not seen any arrivals come through the doors.
However, there is one player who Tottenham have been told they could potentially sign next summer.

Tottenham could sign player for free
It has been a summer of departures in north London with Tottenham allowing 14 players to depart across a number of means.
The likes of Giovani Lo Celso and Sergio Reguilon could still leave Tottenham with late deals potentially in the works.
However, the focus of the fans will be on any potential deals that could still be sanctioned.
According to journalist Dennie van Laar claims, PSV Eindhoven’s Olivier Boscagli could earn a move to Tottenham next summer if he avoids late interest from Brighton & Hove Albion.
“But he can also just wait, because you will soon be a free agent. Then you really laugh your head off. You can then sign for Napoli, Atlético Madrid or Spurs. I’m really convinced of that,” he said.
“If he stays fit now, he will sign with a big bag of signing money [signing on bonus] at a dream club next year with a smile. I wouldn’t go completely crazy about Brighton.”
Brighton have made approach for Olivier Boscagli
Brighton have reportedly already made their approach to PSV for the signing of Boscagli with their interest having been shown throughout the summer.
The defender has just one-year remaining on his current deal with the the Dutch side meaning he will be capable of signing a pre-agreement with a foreign club in January.
And it seems as if he is desperate to make a move away with the Premier League seriously interesting him.
But Spurs may not have the option to take him in on a free next summer if Brighton make a late move before the deadline.
