Napoli are reportedly looking to sign Tottenham defender Davinson Sanchez in the January transfer window. It is believed a fee of £25million would be enough – and Spurs fans have reacted on Twitter.
Sanchez, 25, is struggling for game time under Antonio Conte. The Italian manager is using a three-man defence at Spurs, but his first choice back line is Cristian Romero, Eric Dier and Ben Davies.
Joe Rodon is seen as cover for Dier – which Conte has said himself – and Japhet Tanganga can cover Romero. It leaves Sanchez with the awkward role of covering Davies, though he is not left-footed.
Indeed, Spurs are more likely to bring a left-footed centre-back to North London – and sell Sanchez. Indeed, Italian outlet Calcio In Pillole claim that Napoli are keen on luring Sanchez to Italy in the January window.

What are Tottenham fans saying, as Napoli eye Sanchez?
Tottenham need to sell Sanchez. If they are to bring in some cash for signings, then the likes of Sanchez and other fringe players need to go. If they can get £25million, then they really need to sanction his exit.
That is the belief of the majority of Tottenham fans. Supporters have grown fed up of the ex-Ajax man’s ability to make goal-conceding mistakes, week after week. Many are willing to see him gone, even at a loss of £17million – having signed him for £42million (BBC).
