Manchester United have reportedly added Tanguy Ndombele to their midfielder shortlist – and Tottenham fans have reacted to the reports.
Ndombele, 24, finally got some Premier League minutes on Sunday but failed to prevent Tottenham losing from Chelsea, despite being at home.
It is a summary of his Tottenham spell. Joining the London outfit for a club-record fee in the summer of 2019, form and game time have inconsistent.
Starting well under Mauricio Pochettino, Ndombele then fell out of the side under Jose Mourinho. A brief return to form came, and then went.
This season under Nuno Espirito Santo, Ndombele was not even involved in five of the club’s eight games. He was an unused substitute against Palace.
But the France international was thrown in against Rennes, and then started on Sunday. His exit has always been a possibility at Tottenham.

Ndombele to Manchester United: Tottenham fans have their say
CalcioMercato claim that Ndombele is one of two midfielders that have been added to Manchester United midfielder’s shortlist.
United need a midfielder. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side did bring in Jadon Sancho, Cristiano Ronaldo and Raphael Varane – but still need a midfielder.
Fred and Nemanja Matic are certainly below the required standard, while Scott McTominay and Paul Pogba need competition in the middle.
Is Ndombele the answer? Perhaps, given the right stage. Tottenham fans have reacted to the reports that Ndombele could join Manchester United.
