Tottenham fans discuss Mexican star, as journalist says Paratici is taking a look

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly weighing up a move to sign FC Porto winger Jesus Corona. That is, if they sell Brazilian Lucas Moura. It is believed the latter is available for transfer in order to reduce the wage bill. Corona could replace him, and Tottenham fans have reacted on Twitter.

Corona, 28, is about to enter his seventh season with Porto having joined the Portuguese outfit back in the summer of 2015. The Mexican has clocked up an enormous 269 appearances in that time – producing a huge 99 goal involvements. That is despite being converted into a right wing-back.

Last season, playing on the right of a back five, Corona still scored three goals and laid on an impressive 13 assists. But it was not enough for a third Liga NOS title since joining the club. Now, he could be about to leave Porto this summer – with Tottenham keen. That is, according to Duncan Castles.
