Tottenham Hotspur have already concluded some diligent work this month, signing Timo Werner and defender Radu Dragusin.
On top of that, Ange Postecoglou’s side are now working hard to sign Club Brugge’s Antonio Nusa, who they remain in talks for.

Both Postecoglou and Daniel Levy evidently had a clear plan heading into this window, one they are executing admirably.
And Tottenham fans will be pleased with the work done, the club haven’t necessarily improved their starting XI with their new signings.
Neither Werner or Dragusin would feature in Spurs’ eleven with everyone available.
And similarly, if a deal for Nusa is agreed, he’s likely to remain with his Belgian side until the end of the season on loan.
Tottenham have a big opportunity to build on their success this month, one they shouldn’t let pass by.
And with Daniel Levy so keen to seek value in January, Chelsea’s £45m asking price for Conor Gallagher shouldn’t be insurmountable.
Yes, a deal for Nusa looks very well advised, but Gallagher would improve Spurs’ XI immediately – something none of their business so far has done.
Tottenham need to move for Conor Gallagher this month to prove their ambition
Tottenham are thought to be in a strong financial position right now, something that can’t be said for all Premier League clubs.
FFP restrictions are limiting the activity of many, proving why January could be a big opportunity for Spurs.

Although Gallagher’s arrival would provide Postecoglou with a midfield headache, it would be an incredibly positive one.
Tottenham would then have Gallagher, Pape Matar Sarr, James Maddison, Yves Bissouma and Rodrigo Bentancur competing for three starting roles.
And when you consider that Spurs have ambitions of returning to Champions League football next season, that depth would be advised.
Of course, there’s always the option to move Maddison out wide, a position he often thrived in for Leicester City.
Signing Gallagher isn’t a necessity for Tottenham this month, but it would certainly be cornerstone of their new era.
It wouldn’t be a surprise if the likes of Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg left before next week’s deadline.
And Gallagher being a homegrown player would be a smart replacement.
Spurs are thriving this season, players are breaking club records, and signing a player wearing Chelsea’s captain armband would be a real statement.
