Tottenham Hotspur may be in the market for a striker in the near future.
The north London club still haven’t replaced Harry Kane, and they probably do need to if they’re to push on next season.
Speaking on the Fully Loaded Transfer Show, Ben Jacobs has been discussing the future of Dominic Solanke, and he says that Tottenham may well be among the clubs who look at the £20m striker this summer.
Of course, this comes after a flurry of interest from both Arsenal and Newcastle as of late.

Tottenham could look at Solanke
Jacobs shared what he knows about the £19m striker.
“I’m told that this is one for the summer and there are also other clubs, naturally, looking at him, Tottenham are another one that may look at him, but I don’t think that anything is possible in January and unfortunately for the Newcastle fans listening, Bournemouth sources are denying it,” Jacobs said.
Exciting
This is certainly a rumour that Tottenham fans have grounds to get excited about.
Solanke has improved enormously over the past 12 months, and now, he’s starting to look like he could be a really solid Kane replacement at Spurs.
He’s becoming more and more of a clinical finisher, while his link-up play has always been very good.
Solanke is certainly ready for a move back to a big club, hence why both Arsenal and Newcastle have also been linked, but perhaps his best move would be to join Tottenham where he could act as Kane’s ultimate heir apparent after his move to Bayern Munich in the summer.
This could be one of the transfer sagas of the summer as three of the Premier League’s biggest clubs look at signing Solanke.
It remains to be seen where the England international ends up, but it sounds as though a big move could be in the offing for the attacker.
