Tottenham Hotspur could finally get their hands on Wolves winger Adama Traore in January, and at the bargain price of just £20m.
Spurs have tracked Traore for some time now and in the summer, they had a bid in the region of £30m rejected, with Wolves hanging on for around £50m at the time. However, the Telegraph has now claimed that Wolves will do business for just £20m, with Tottenham and West Ham keen.
Traore has failed to register a single goal or assist this season with Wolves. He is now into the final 18 months of his contract, and Bruno Lage is apparently open to selling to help fund new signings. The Wolves boss is expected to call a number of loan players back in January to bolster his squad.

Lage has apparently been told by owners Fosun that they are unwilling to spend huge sums in January. However, if Traore is sold, the Wolves boss will be able to reinvest.
Tottenham have chased Traore for some time now. It is understood that Fabio Paratici is a big fan of the winger, while he shares a close relationship with Traore’s agent, Jorge Mendes.
TBR’s View: Traore To Tottenham Might Finally Happen?
£20m is a fair price. The £50m fee in the summer always seemed too high but at £30m less, then there might be a deal worth doing here for Spurs.
Traore is someone we know all about. Lightning quick, strong as an ox, but lacking end product. However, Antonio Conte might well be the man who can change that. Further, as reported on TBR, Conte is also looking to upgrade summer signing, Emerson Royal, already.
All in all, Traore might welcome the change of scenery. However, he needs to do more in the final third to be a top, top player. If he does add that to his game, then £20m is a bargain.
