Thomas Frank still has plenty of transfer decisions to make this summer, with less than a month left until the window closes.
The North London club have a rather bloated squad, and Thomas Frank will decide which players he wants to keep or sell.
The Danish head coach has now had several weeks to assess his new squad at Spurs and will have a clearer idea of who he’s willing to offload.
But one of the players who has been touted as a potential departure is now unlikely to be sent out on loan to get minutes following a decision by the new Spurs boss.

Archie Gray is not expected to leave Tottenham on loan this summer
At this moment in time, Archie Gray is not expected to leave Tottenham Hotspur on loan this summer, according to Tom Barclay.
Despite the arrival of Joao Palhinha at Tottenham, Frank has no desire to allow his 18-year-old midfielder to leave on a temporary basis this summer.
The 51-year-old is believed to be a big fan of the youngster, with Frank having tried to sign Gray during his time as manager at Brentford.
Barclay told The Tottenham Way: “I also agree on Archie Gray, I’m led to believe there has been no indication that he will be sent out on loan at the moment, but we’ll see on that one.”
Gray, who cost Tottenham £40m, could end up playing a key role next season and should learn a lot from playing alongside Palhinha.
The teenager produced an impressive performance against Newcastle United on Sunday as he showed a glimpse of what he can do at his best.

He completed the third-highest number of defensive actions against the Magpies in a game against Premier League opposition.
Gray will also be hopeful of getting more minutes in midfield next term, having spent most of last season playing either at centre-back or full-back.
Yves Bissouma is expected to be sold by Tottenham
TBR Football understands that Tottenham are trying to sell Yves Bissouma, with Fabio Paratici offering him around to various clubs.
Spurs were open to signing Palhinha and taking on his wages with the confidence that one of their current midfielders would leave.
Jose Mourinho’s Fenerbahce showed an interest in Bissouma, with a move to Turkey his most likely destination.
West Ham United are also keeping tabs on the Tottenham midfielder as Graham Potter looks to bolster his midfield options.
