Deadline day is in full swing and the transfer window is only a few hours, leaving clubs with enough time to get deals over the line.
It’s been a busy window for Premier League clubs already as Marcus Rashford joined Aston Villa on loan, with Rashford excited to join from Manchester United.
Clubs have until 11:00PM GMT to get signings over the line and you can expect teams such as Chelsea and struggling Tottenham Hotspur to be amongst the busiest.
So, with that, here is a round-up of the latest transfer news and rumours from TBR.
Tottenham Hotspur closing in on Mathys Tel deal

It appeared that Tottenham’s pursuit of Mathys Tel was dead in the water after Tel rejected the chance to join Spurs.
However, the 19-year-old has had a U-turn and Tel is now set to move to Tottenham on loan.
It’s believed that the North London club will pay a healthy loan fee for Tel and it’s expected that a deal will be completed in time before the deadline shuts.

Chelsea set for busy end to transfer window

Would it really be a transfer window if Chelsea weren’t involved in some ways?
The Blues have relentlessly spent over the years and they are showing no signs of slowing down once again.
Chelsea look set to sign Dario Essugo from Sporting CP for just under £20m. Essugo has impressed on loan at Las Palmas but his deal looks set to be terminated ahead of the Stamford Bridge move.
Outgoings are more likely as Ben Chilwell closes in on a loan to Crystal Palace.
Elsewhere, Enzo Maresca’s men are also exploring a deal to loan Joao Felix to AC Milan.
Carney Chukwuemeka also looks set to join Borussia Dortmund in a busy end to the window.
Manchester City edging closer to Nico Gonzalez

Fresh after Manchester City’s heavy loss against Arsenal, the Citizens are still looking at improving their squad.
Over £120m has been spent by Pep Guardiola’s side already but they aren’t done yet, with City interested in Nico Gonzalez.

City have struggled in the middle of the park all season but will once again have to pay a premium, with Porto wanting £50m for Gonzalez.
Personal terms aren’t said to be an issue and with Guardiola wanting a midfielder, expect this one to go down to the wire as Gonzalez also wants to join Man City.
