Emerson Royal and Lucas Moura have both reacted to news that Hugo Lloris has left Tottenham Hotspur after 11 years at the club.
Hugo Lloris has completed a switch to MLS outfit Los Angeles FC after racking up a total of 447 appearances for Tottenham.
The 37-year-old had fallen down the pecking order under Ange Postecoglou after Guglielmo Vicario’s arrival over the summer.
Vicario has excelled between the sticks since joining from Empoli. But for the time being, Lloris will arguably go down as Tottenham’s best goalkeeper of the Premier League era.

The Frenchman captained Spurs for around seven years before Heung-Min Son was handed the armband this term.
Now, Emerson Royal and former Spurs winger Lucas Moura have both taken to Instagram to show their appreciation for Lloris.
Royal and Moura react to Lloris departure
Royal took to social media and reposted Lloris’ final interview with Tottenham, alongside the caption: “The best my brother.”
Former Tottenham man Moura also posted on his Instagram story and simply wrote ‘Legend’.

Lloris failed to make an appearance under Postecoglou and was widely expected to leave over the summer.
The former France skipper was also attracting interest from Saudi Arabia and Newcastle United, but he has now opted for a switch to the US.
His last appearance for Spurs came in the 6-1 thrashing at St James’ Park last term, where he was replaced by Fraser Forster at halftime.
Yet, Lloris was an exceptional servant to Tottenham and dedicated the majority of his career to the North Londoners. Despite the fact he struggled last term, he should be widely remembered for his brilliant prime years in a Spurs shirt.
Spurs are set to face Bournemouth today and Lloris will say a final goodbye to the Tottenham faithful at halftime.
He will undoubtedly receive a warm send-off from the Tottenham fans after 11 brilliant years at the club.
