Kaveh Solhekol has taken to Twitter to share what Arsenal’s transfer plans are, with just a couple of weeks until the transfer window is over.

What’s the story?

Well, the Sky Sports reporter claims that Arsenal still want to sign three more players before the window closes.

Solhekol believes Mikel Arteta’s priority is a new forward, while the Gunners also want to sign a goalkeeper and a midfielder.

So far, Arsenal have completed the £18m signing of Albert Sambi Lokonga, while also tying up an £8m deal for Nuno Tavares.

The club’s biggest activity of the summer was seen when Ben White arrived from Brighton in a move worth £50m.

By the sounds of it, Edu’s work isn’t done yet.

In our view, it’s imperative that Arsenal make a few more additions, in order to avoid another catastrophic campaign.

Who could Arsenal sign?

After a deal for Aaron Ramsdale collapsed, it seems as if Arsenal could turn their attentions to a deal for Barcelona’s Neto.

The Brazilian would fit the club’s desire to sign a goalkeeper.

In terms of their midfield hopes, Martin Ødegaard is said to be Arsenal’s No.1 target.

Fabrizio Romano believes the Gunners are preparing a bid for the captain of Norway.

Lastly, Arteta wants a forward – in fact, as aforesaid, it’s his priority.

It seems as if either Tammy Abraham or Fiorentina hitman Dusan Vlahovic will be that man, with both strikers linked with a move to north London.

Keep an eye on Arsenal’s activity, as we think they’ll be quite busy before the end of August.
