Arsenal are currently sweating on the fitness of captain Martin Odegaard, who suffered a potential injury on Monday night.
The Gunners skipper limped off during Norway’s 2-1 win over Austria on Monday evening.
Odegaard suffered what has initially been diagnosed as a sprained ankle following a challenge from Christoph Baumgartner.
The Arsenal star was subsequently seen using crutches to board a plane back to London.
Norway head coach Stale Solbakken has now shared what he knows about Odegaard’s fitness after being asked by TV2 about the player on Tuesday.

Stale Solbakken says Martin Odegaard undergoing scan at Arsenal
Solbakken admitted he didn’t have any concrete information about the Arsenal star’s fitness, but said he was set to undergo an MRI scan, and results should be known fairly soon.
“I only spoke to him late last night, but not today”, said the Norway boss. “He is having an MRI in London, so no one has any results until this afternoon.”
What Norway team doctor said about Odegaard injury on the night
After the game, Ola Sand told TV2 on Monday night: “Martin is doing quite well now. He got a small ankle sprain.
“We will see throughout the evening and tomorrow what happens next and what we will do about it.”
Who could replace Odegaard in midfield for Arsenal
Should Odegaard not be available for Arsenal against Tottenham, Mikel Arteta has several options at his disposal.
He could drop Kai Havertz further back, or potentially play Gabriel Jesus in the role. Both have experience of playing at No. 10.
Likewise, the likes of Jorginho, Leandro Trossard or Oleksandr Zinchenko could feature there.
Perhaps Hale End graduate Ethan Nwaneri could also be given a chance from the off.
