Some Manchester City fans react as club reportedly agree deal for Tottenham star Harry Kane

Some Manchester City fans have reacted after the club were linked with a move for Tottenham Hotspur ace Harry Kane.

According to The Sun, the Citizens have agreed on a deal worth £160m for the England captain. The publication is claiming that Daniel Levy has, reluctantly, agreed to let the ace join the Premier League champions.

If true, it caps off what has been a summer-long saga between the two parties. City have been in for the centre-forward ever since he announced his intention to leave Spurs.

His announcement came after Sergio Aguero left the northwest giants for Barcelona. Khaldoon Al Mubarak went on to claim the team would replace the Argentine appropriately.

Kane to Man City will end any hope clubs, including Tottenham, have of challenging for the title.

Pep Guardiola’s men have dominated the top flight in recent years, and adding the league’s best striker will only continue that.

Kane was in sensational form for Tottenham last season, scoring 33 goals and assisting 17 across all competitions. As well as being a great goal-scorer, the player became an even better play-maker.

When you add him to the already-talented City side, it makes for a scary prospect for the rest of the division.
