Kyle Walker has apparently played a part in encouraging Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane to make a move to Manchester City.
Kane to City
The Sun say that Kane will now join City from Tottenham this summer in a deal worth £160 million.
They claim that the striker has been allowed to leave Spurs by Daniel Levy, who has changed his stance over selling his side’s star man.
And Walker has apparently already been discussing houses with Kane.
Walker has been there to offer advice to Kane over where he should live in Manchester, with Raheem Sterling and John Stones also doing similar.
Following in Walker’s footsteps
Walker has, of course, made the same move as Kane is supposedly going to make this summer – after leaving Tottenham to join City in 2017.
During that time he has gone on to win almost every major club trophy, which may be part of the reason why Kane is seemingly so keen to jump ship too.
Kane has been unable to drive Tottenham over the line, with the club still looking to win their first silverware since 2008.

If Kane was to leave Spurs this summer it would be a huge blow to Nuno’s new side.
Kane has carried this Tottenham team at times, and he would be practically irreplaceable.
A move to City would also make Pep Guardiola’s side heavy favourites to win the Premier League.
Kane is such a potent force that there is no telling just how many goals he would score in a side which creates as many chances as City.
And Walker is likely to be very excited as the potential of linking up with his former Spurs teammate again.
