Dejan Kulusevski was the star of the show for Tottenham last night as they saw off Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
Spurs battled hard to pick up the three points as a goal from Richarlison just before half-time and then a fine second from Kulusevski proved enough for the win.
Ange Postecoglou once again saw a player sent off though, as Yves Bissouma was given his marching orders for the second time this season.
But that wasn’t enough to put too much of a dampener on things for Postecoglou or Spurs. The performance of £26m signing Kulusevski ensured that Bissouma’s red didn’t matter too much in the end.

And watching on for Premier League Productions, Karen Carney conceded that right now, Kulusevski is just a dream player for any manager to have in their ranks.
“He (Kulusevski) is a manager’s dream. For him in particular, the best No.10s have to be able to stretch, play in the pockets and play out wide and he can do all of that. He’s so unpredictable which is what you really need,” Carney said.
Kulusevski is getting better and better at Tottenham
There’s a few players in this Tottenham team who seem to be going from strength to strength and Dejan Kulusevksi is definitely one of them.
As Carney says here, he has that unpredictability factor to his game that makes him just a perfect player for any manager in the world.
Last night we saw this in full flow as he shifted from a more central role to being out wide and causing havoc once Brennan Johnson got taken off.
The Swedish midfielder is definitely improving week on week and at the moment, looks to be Tottenham’s most important player when it comes to the attacking phase.
Postecoglou can take credit for squeezing a bit more out of ‘Deki’. But ultimately, the player himself is the one producing and he deserves all the praise in the world.
